While driving from VT to Stamford, CT, on Wednesday evening my Waze took me off I 84 to the back streets of Waterbury. My brakes failed 700 ft from Pearl. Siri told me they were there, and it was my lucky day. They assessed the problem, ordered a part, repaired my car and had me on my way in 1.5 hours. In addition they were courteous, kind, gave me a warm place to wait and good company with a lovely woman and Rusty the cat. I could not believe my good fortune. Thank you to you all more than I can say. This place is great.
