The way we frame our questions shapes the way we see reality. Instead of asking children “How was your day?”—what if we asked, “How did you make someone’s day better?”

A small shift in language can cultivate a mindset of kindness, gratitude, and contribution. The same applies to our own internal dialogue—what if we stopped asking “Why is this happening to me?” and instead asked, “What is this teaching me?”

Perspective is everything. Change your questions, and you change your world.

What’s one powerful question that changed the way you see life? Let’s discuss in the comments. 🔄💡
