❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Watauga Community ❤️
We truly don’t know where to begin other than to say THANK YOU.
Since the storm hit our Midas Watauga location, the outpouring of love, prayers, phone calls, messages, and offers to help has been overwhelming. Our customers, vendors, neighboring businesses, friends, and the entire Watauga community have surrounded us with so much love and support.
We also want to express our deepest gratitude to our first responders and the City of Watauga officials who were there when our community needed them. Thank you for your quick response, your service, and everything you do to keep our community safe. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.
A very special thank you to Scott and everyone at The Chicken Place. Scott, you are truly an amazing man. Your kindness, generosity, and the way you stepped up to support us during all of this meant more than I can put into words. We are incredibly blessed to have neighbors like you.
And to all of our local businesses, vendors, customers, and neighbors who checked on us, offered to help, prayed for our team, or simply asked, “What can we do?” — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Many of you have supported Midas Watauga and trusted us with your vehicles for years. When we needed encouragement the most, this community stood right beside us. We will never forget that.
Cleanup and repairs are already underway, and we will be reopening soon and coming back stronger than ever! 💪
Most importantly, Bob is home and healing. And believe it or not, he already wants to come back to work! If you know Bob, that probably doesn’t surprise you. He loves people, he loves his customers, and he loves taking care of them.
Above everything, we thank God for His protection and for surrounding us with such incredible people.
