As most of you know we had to close the business in August and Ed had extensive back surgery and then he had a heart attack in December and we are waiting for his back to heal enough to have open heart surgery. There has been an account opened at Verabank to help with expenses.

Update: PT came and got him up this morning. He is sitting in a chair but of course he is complaining and wanting to go back to bed, but he needs to sit up for a while. He is still in quite a bit of pain but I tried to explain to him, he will be in pain for some time but if he wants to go home he has to try to do what they want him to do. Dr O told him yesterday that he wouldn't let him go home till he could do some things for himself. He's just being stubborn. I know he is in pain without a doubt. But it will get better.

To those of you that were asking about Ed, he is having back surgery tomorrow morning at 7:30 @ Longview Regional. I will post updates as soon as I have them.

This is Ed from Ed's Automotive. I will be having surgery in the morning on my back therefore the shop has been closed. If you had a vehicle there it has been moved to a storage facility. Please message us on this fb page and we will get in touch with you. Sorry for the inconvenience but we couldn't leave them on the property.

We apologize for the inconvenience but the inspection station is still down. The website says they are doing maintenance and are still down.

An UPDATE: I had previously posted that we would be closing as of the 31st but that has been changed. We were informed today that Ed's back surgery will take place Tuesday August 29, 2023 so we will be closing this Friday @ 5pm. Sorry for any inconvenience. We just ask that you keep us in your prayers. And thank you all for your business and support.
