You may be wondering why your vehicle is shuddering or won’t even start. If you own a Ford Fiesta or Focus year range 2011-2016 we have the solution. During their run up until yesterday customers were plagued with faulty TCM’s and clutches. You may have had it replaced under special coverage. If your vehicle has over 100,000 miles and has never had its transmission serviced, do not get a transmission flush. Over time, microscopic clutch debris suspends itself in the old fluid, creating the friction necessary for the worn components to grip. Forcing brand-new fluid through under machine pressure can wash away these helpful friction particles and dislodge accumulated sludge, which often leads to immediate gear slipping or complete transmission failure. For neglected systems, sticking to a series of gentle drain-and-fills is highly recommended. We recommend transmission service @ 25-30k mile intervals.
