As some of you know and have been following,chase has been haven a awesome year this winter season at Roseburg Outlaw Kart Racing. With only a few races left of the points series we now focus on what's next after the winter season over. We'll that would be again making the WEST COAST NATIONALS in Red Bluff Outlaws in red bluff California. For the last 2 years chase has made the A main every time racing and beating some of the best Outlaw Kart drivers in his class from across the country. But we can't do it without your support and help. So we are asking for just that! The drive and heart this kid has is unbelievable, and we know this year is the year we don't finish second and come home with that golden eagle!!

2024 Pacific Wing Outlaws Rules

PACIFIC WING OUTLAWS PROMOTED EVENTS WILL BE TREATED AS A SANCTION. THIS RULE BOOK WILL BE UTILIZED AT ALL EVENTS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
ANY PERMANENT CHANGES MADE WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND OUR WEBSITE TO ALLOW TEAMS TIME TO ADAPT.



**RULE BOOK DISCLAIMER

-The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptance requirements for such auto racing events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules.

**NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATION OF, OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS.

-These rules and regulations are intended as a guide for the conduct of auto racing with Pacific Wing Outlaws and are no way a guarantee against injury, or death to a participant, spectator, officials or others. The Race Director and/or Technical Director shall be empowered to permit minor deviation from any of the specifications or rules herein, or impose any further restrictions that, in their opinion, do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements.

**NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF THE SESPECIFICATIONS OR RULES.

-Any interpretation of, or deviation from these specifications or rules is left to the discretion of the Race Director, Race Manager and/or Technical Officials. Their decision is final. Minor drivers and their parents are responsible to read and understand the rules and regulations set forth in this rule book.

**COMPETITOR OBLIGATION

-Any driver entering any racing event is considered to have inspected the track and determined that all conditions are satisfactory. If the driver does not feel that conditions are satisfactory, then the driver should not race. The driver further acknowledges that he is aware that auto racing involves risks and that by competing in that event the driver assumes these risks with full awareness and knowledge.

** ALL RULES ARE SUBJECT TO THE INTERPRETATION OF THE TRACK MANAGEMENT AND OFFICIALS, ANY EQUIPMENT THAT IS CONSIDERED EXOTIC ORNOTIN THE SPIRIT AND INTENT OF THE RULES WILL BE CONSIDERED ILLEGAL FOR COMPETITION. IN THE INTEREST OF FAIRNESS THE RULES MAY BE ADJUSTED TO CREATE ABALANCE IN

**COMPETITION

-The spirit and intent of the rules is the standard by which all Pacific Wing Outlaws will be governed. Pacific Wing Outlaws Track Tech officials are authorized to decide if an equipment change, or modification is an attempt to circumvent these rules. Pacific Wing Outlaws Track officials can and will disqualify a race car in violation of the spirit or intent of these rules. If this rule book does not specifically state that you can alter, change or otherwise modify something on your kart, you should consider it a violation of these rules. No part is deemed to have been approved by Pacific Wing Outlaws track officials by passing through prior technical inspections. SPIRIT OF THE RULE. Spirit of the rule means very simply, the intent of every rule and classifications. Additional adjustments, alterations, modifications, and/or replacements not covered by written rules should NOT be assumed to be legal under the SPIRIT OF THE RULE.

**GENERAL INFORMATION

-The Owner/Driver of each car represents to the Promoter and all others, that his kart has satisfied all applicable rules, including but not limited to safety rules, whenever such Driver participated in any warm-up, practice or competitive laps. The Owner /Driver of each car is also completely responsible for ALL actions of Crew Members, Sponsors, or all else associated with their team. If you have any complaints, disputes, problems, or questions, only the Driver and/or Car Owner, or a designated team representative may approach an Official, in a civil manner to resolve the situation. All participants are expected to take pride in being part of Pacific Wing Outlaws weekly program. Auto racing entertainment is what we have to offer and we will not tolerate the lack of professional attitude, conduct or appearance of the car, driver crew or others involved. Any prohibited or illegal part found may become the property of Pacific Wing Outlaws. Burden of proof for all construction, safety and legality rules will be the responsibility of the driver and/or car owner. These rules are guidelines. Contact the Race Director / Technical Officials for questions about your race car. These rules are intended to create an inexpensive class of racing that is equally competitive and affordable for all participants with Pacific Wing Outlaws. Rules may be subject to change at any time in order to ensure a safe competitive level of competition.



**TRACKRULES

1. It is the responsibility of each race team to have in their possession, a current set of rules for the division that they are participating in. Protesting party must have a current set of rules outlining the provision of the protest.

2. The Race Director/Race Officials will be the sole authority in the pits. The Race Manager with the assistance for the Race Director will be in charge of on-track competition. The Technical Director with the assistance of the Race Director will enforce all tech legality and protests.

3. Management will establish the race event procedures; starting positions, length, frequency and administration of all events and programs. When their decision is rendered, that decision will be final and binding. The race may be shortened due to time allotted or weather conditions and once the race has passed the half waypoint, it will be an official race.

4. Any complaints, disputes, questions, or problems must be directed, by the Driver or registered Car Owner, to the Race Director/Race Official in the pits immediately following the event.

5. When asked to remove a part or tear down for tech inspection and you refuse, you are subject to a fine, probation, disqualification, and/or suspension.

6. Protests, complaints, disputes, or problems, will be handled in the pits at the completion of that race or completion of the night's racing events, if possible, by the Race Director. Complaints are not to be made to the scorers or announcers. Any driver, car owner, crew member or family member who goes to the scoring tower at any time to dispute a call will result in the driver and/or car owner of the car being fined and or suspended.

7. Any Driver stopping on the racing surface to argue with an Official, in regards to an official's decision, will be automatically sent to the rear of the field or disqualified from the event the Race Director will have the final authority

8. Any Driver or Crew Member who is injured or involved in an accident must submit to a check by the medical attendants. Any Driver involved in a serious accident will not enter or re-enter a race until approval to do so is given by Officials and medical attendants.

9. Driver’s meeting is mandatory. Driver must attend;

10. Radios are NOT allowed in any division. Receivers are mandatory.

11. Permission must be obtained from the Race Director before entering the track, other than the designated practice or race time may be taken. It is the car owner / driver's responsibility to make sure that their car is legal and meets all safety standards. It is not the management’s responsibility other than at post-race inspections.

12. Any unauthorized persons entering onto the racing surface during race conditions will result in a disqualification, penalty, fine, or suspension, to the person and affiliated Driver.

13. One person should remain with the race car at all times.

14. All Rookie drivers must start at the back of all events for the first two weeks of racing or until deemed by race management to be capable of starting in his/hers earned position. Rookies must have a rookie ribbon on the back of the car.

15. Unsportsmanlike conduct by drivers will not be tolerated. An appropriate penalty will be issued.

16. Verbal or physical abuse of any Race Official, Management or anyone will not be tolerated. May be subject to Minimum one week suspension, fine or both.

17. Any competitor or Crew Member who participated in a fight or verbal bullying in the pits, or on the race track, or on the premises, will be suspended, and/or loss of points and positions in the event.

18. Any competitor or Crew Member, who has a pit band, who is under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, drugs or is otherwise under the influence of any controlled substances will result in disqualification and suspension.

19. Prescription Drugs Any participant using over the counter medication or medication prescribed to them by physician that may restrict or impair their ability to perform a task should not attempt to perform the task

20. Any competing car, whose speed has been reduced to the point where it could cause a safety problem, may be re moved from the racing surface at the option of the Race Manager.

21. We will give any car that is getting push started two full laps to get started after that will be given the black flag. For cars that are not getting push started we will give full laps after the field lineup is correct.

22. Any Driver or Crew that does not take their car to the line-up grid, when requested by the Officials, may be required to start at the back of the line-up for that event.

23. If a car is dead on the track, when racing is in progress, the Driver must stay in the car with seat belts fastened until the race is stopped, except in case of a fire or rollover. Failure to comply may result in a penalty, disqualification, and/or suspension.

24. No race cars will be allowed on the track until the track has been opened for official practice or racing.

25. No persons allowed to ride on the outside of a race car, tow vehicle or trailer at any time.

26. Car Owner and Driver are Responsible for WASTE OIL:

27. No speeding in the pits. You must use caution while driving in the pit area or you will be subject to suspension. No erratic driving.

28. Per the Pacific Wing Outlaws, One quad per team and Maximum speed limit of 10 mph at all times. It is the drivers / owner responsibility to adhere to the Manufactures operational and safety standards when operating an ATV or quad type vehicle. Failure to comply may result in a fine and/or loss of privilege. No joy riding.

29. No fi****ms allowed in the pit area



**ORIGINAL START:

1.You must take the original Green Flag at the start of the main event in order to compete in that main event. If you come out once the race has started, you will be disqualified.

** Exception:

-Any qualified car that did not start at the original start of the event and was not replaced by an alternate car may join the event at the rear on the next race stoppage, provided the event has not exceeded 20% of said event at the discretion of the Race Director.

2. On the original start of any race, Drivers must stay double file nose to tail and may not pass until flagger starts the race. If you pass before the flagger starts the race, you will be penalized two positions at the next race stoppage or at the end of the race. Drivers will get one call back and if they jump again that driver will go all the way to the back of the line up.

3. On any start of a race, if a car drops out, the row will move up, no Criss crossing.

**RE-STARTS:

-All restarts will be single file behind the leader, the leader will set the pace. There will be a restart zone on the back stretch. The leader can go anytime in that zone. If the leader doesn't go by the 2nd cone the race is on. When the leader goes the race is on and you can pass.



5. GREENFLAG:

-On any start or re-start, you will always receive the green. If the Race Manager does not like the start, it will be yellow flagged and re-start the race. Drivers jump the start; they will be put all the way back at the discretion of the Race Director. You must remain side by side until the flagger starts the race.

6. WHITEFLAG:

-The White flag indicates one lap remaining in the event. Should the race be stopped on the last lap, the restart will consist of two (2) laps, a green flag, white and a check.

7. BLACK and WHITE CHECKERED FLAG:

-A Checkered Flag will indicate the end of the event. If the leader receives the Checkered Flag and crosses the finish line the race will be scored complete. Cars crossing the finish line before the race stoppage will be scored accordingly, the remaining cars will be scored as they completed the previous lap. Cars involved in the stoppage will be scored last on their respective lap.

8. YELLOWFLAG:

-A yellow flag condition is considered a race stoppage. Cars will slow to a pre-race speed and maintain a single file line. Cars out of position will be advised by track officials and/or over the Receiver frequency where to line up.

8.1 Violators will be sent to the rear of the field or disqualified.

8.2 Cars entering the work area during a yellow flag condition, that complete the work before the race is ready to resume, will be allowed to restart at the rear of the lineup. Lineup will be the order in which they return to the track.

8.3 Cars involved in the race stoppage that go to the work area will be given 2 mins past the after lineups are right to make repairs. Lineup will be the order in which they return to the track. The race will resume when the lineup is correct. Any driver causing one yellow flag in the heat race and two During the main event will be DQ for the event.

9. REDFLAG:

-Cars must come to a complete, safe stop. Drivers are not allowed to move their car off the track on a red flag. Drivers may exit the track, only by permission of an Official or when the track goes to a yellow condition. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a disqualification. On an “Open Red”, the crew may work on the car on the track. If a tire change is required, the car must go to the work area.



10. BLACK FLAG:

-Drivers receiving a black flag will leave the track immediately, failure if you do so will result in disqualification from that event.

11. Blue Flag with a Yellow Stripe:

-If a driver receives a blue flag with a yellow stripe. It means hold your groove leaders are coming up upon you.

11.1 Harassment/Unsportsmanlike Conduct:

-If the driver is caught behaving in harassment/unsportsmanlike conduct the driver will be suspended for 1 race. If there is a second offense, the driver will not be allowed to run with the Pacific Wing Outlaws, the driver will lose all season points and not be refunded membership and will be suspended for one year to the date of incident. If a crew member from your team harasses or behaves in unsportsmanlike conduct that team member will be suspended for one race and the driver will be put on probation for one race. Second offense and the driver will lose all points for the event and will be suspended for one race after the incident. The crew member involved will not be allowed back. If a crew member or driver goes to another team's trailer and starts a fight that car will be dq'ed for the event, be asked to leave without refund and will be suspended for one year to the date of incident Rough Driving If the driver is engaging in rough driving, there will be a verbal warning from Josh Warbis. Second offense will be black flagged from the event and done for the event. Third offense- On the next event, if you are still engaging in rough driving, you will be suspended from the group for one year. For a driver retaliation on the track after a rough driving incident, that driver will immediately be black flagged and dq'd from the event.

11.2 Social Media Policy:

-If found on social media to be engaging in hostile or harassing behavior, we will revert to harassment/unsportsmanlike conduct procedures.



SECTION 1
1.1. FRAMES
- Frames must be of standard kart configuration; not to exceed 90” in overall length.
- No fully-constructed kart (without driver) will be allowed to exceed 350 pounds.


1.2. TIRES
- Tires must be kart type only, must be constructed in the United States and must not exceed 6” in diameter.

1.3. TRANSPONDERS
* ALL PACIFIC WING OUTLAWS EVENTS WILL UTILIZE TRANSPONDERS FOR TIMING AND SCORING IF TRACK HAS THE SYSTEM *
- All karts will be required to use a MYLAPS X2 compatible transponder.
-All transponders must be attached securely to the steering post closest to the driver seat.
-Failure to comply with this rule will result in not being scored, removal from the track and/or fines and penalties.
* If a competitor-owned transponder fails, the competitor accepts responsibility and must fix it on their own terms.

1.4. CAGES
- Cages are mandatory for the protection of the driver; not for appearance or wing mounts.
- Cage receivers must be securely fastened to frame and cage with bolts; both vertically and horizontally.

1.5. WINGS

- Wing sideboards must stay within 3” from outer most edge of kart.
- No sharp edges or protruding bolts.
- Overall length 48” maximum.
-Wings may not exceed the following dimensions for 250 Intermediate and 500 Open:
* RIGHT SIDE WING PANEL: 48.75” length - 20.00” height
* LEFT SIDE WING PANEL: 48.75” length - 28.00” height
* CENTER SECTION: 40.00” wide

1.6. BODIES
- Bodies can be any material, except wood.
- No sharp edges or protruding parts.

1.7. BUMPERS
- Only basic Outlaw Kart bumpers are permitted with no modifications. (QRC, SRT, etc.)
- Any new or alternative bumper designs must be approved by FASTFOUR before use.
- Tail push bumper rod must be minimum of 10”off the ground surface for the ease of push vehicles.

1.8. MODIFICATIONS
- Right side sail panel dimensions cannot exceed:
* 24.250” top
* 24.250” back edge
* 7.250” bottom
- Side Visor extensions are permitted.
- Right Side Panels are permitted at no greater than 8".
- Wing, Hood and Tail are mandatory in all classes and must be on all karts at the start of the race.
* Any piece missing before the race start will result in disqualification.
* If any piece falls/breaks off once the green flies, the driver will be allowed to continue on.
- Wrap-around Sail Panels are prohibited.
- Other than a regular Nerf Bar, no bar may extend past the outer-edge of the tires on either side of kart.
- Carbon Fiber, Exotic or Titanium Axles are prohibited.
- Carbon Fiber, Exotic or Titanium Rotating Parts are also prohibited.
* Brake Rotors, Hubs, Wheel Studs, Clutches, Sprockets, etc.
* OEM Engine Parts are the only exception.

1.9. DISPLAY
- All karts must display 10” numbers visible from the right and left side of the kart. Illegible numbers will not be scored.
- Duplicate numbers must include a letter. All letters must be, at minimum, half the size of the number.
- Numbers are preferred to be displayed on contrasting background.
* The scorer holds official discretion on what is illegible. If a competitor meets all three rules, they will have no issue.



SECTION 2
2.1. SOUND AND MUFFLERS
- Sound must meet state noise limits. All muffler rules and/or Decibel (DBA) constraints are subject to state, venue and local regulations as well as monitored. PACIFIC WING OUTLAWS Officials will aid in enforcing the sound rules and regulations for those agencies. Karts in violation may not race until sound standards are met.
- PWO approved mufflers: 2 Stroke FMF Muffler (Part No. FM210) - 4 Stroke DR. D Muffler (Part No. DRD4ST).
* These specified mufflers must remain stock from the manufacturer.
- Mufflers must be securely mounted. Mufflers that are mounted with rivets and/or sheet metal screws will not be permitted
- The muffler must remain attached to the header at all times. All muffler and header components must remain intact and operating. If the muffler becomes disconnected from the Header and/or failures to operate regardless of circumstance, the kart must leave the track immediately. Failure to leave the track will result in disqualification.
- During qualifying, any kart determined to be in excess of the decibel limit(s) set by either the track and/or any local agency will be informed to make necessary adjustments. In this instance, the competitor will lose any/all qualifying time(s) they received while they were above the sound limit. They will be placed at the end of qualifying with only one timed lap available if the issue is fixed in time.
- If Decibel limits are still not met, a .300 (three-tenths of a second) time penalty will be added onto the official lap time. The kart will be noted by officials to meet the decibel limits at the next race/event or install the appropriate track approved mufflers listed herein. Failure to meet the regulation by the next event will result in suspension from future PWO events.











SECTION 3
3.1. WEIGHT

- All karts must weigh-in following designated runs of the race/event and meet the minimum weight designated in their respective class.
- Bolt-on weight is permitted, but must be mounted and fastened to the chassis and/or seat in a secure manner.
* All weight must be bolted on and painted white with the driver’s name and kart number on the weight.
- Scales will be available and open to scale karts prior to the start of every event.
- The following procedure will be in-place for weighing at events with qualifying:
* QUALIFYING: Fastest driver in each group.
* HEAT RACES: Transfer karts + any randomly selected kart(s).
* LOWER MAINS: Transfer karts + any randomly selected kart(s).
* A MAIN EVENT: Top 3 + any randomly selected kart(s).
- Weigh-in procedure will be determined on race-day for dual heat format(s).
- If a kart is light during qualifying, they will lose their time with no change to re-qualify. Changes to kart are encouraged.
- If a kart is light during racing action, they will be disqualified.


SECTION 4
4.1. SAFETY
- The following safety rules are effective upon the date of publication by PWO for any division and/or event, regardless of when a competitor receives actual notice. “Date of Publication” of the Rules or any amendments thereto is the earliest of distribution from PWO and/or release to the press. You are responsible for your safety and of your karts.
- Brakes must be in good working condition at all times.
* If it becomes evident that a competitor is racing without brakes, they will be sent off the track to resolve the issue.
- All karts must be equipped with minimum of SFI 16.1 or an FIA approved restraint system, until the date of expiration.
- Lap Belts must be mounted to the frame or directly to the seat and routed securely through the seat.
- Any competitor with cut or frayed seat belts will not be allowed to compete at a PWO event.
- Arm restraints are recommended and must be connected and used as instructed by the manufacturer.
- Competitors must have some form of head and neck restraint to compete at PWO events.
- Full-Faced, properly fitted helmets are mandatory. No DOT rated snell 2015 or newer.
- One-way radio communication (RACECEIVER) is mandatory for all classes.
* Drivers must have their RACECEIVER on and working during all races.
* If a competitors RACECEIVER stops working during the race, they will be notified to fix it and allowed to continue.
* Failure to observe this rule shall result in your kart not being scored and/or disqualification.
- No radio communication between driver & crew will be permitted in any shape or form at any time in all classes.
- Aluminum high back seats are mandatory. The top of the seat should reach the middle of the driver’s head.
- The seat must be securely mounted to the frame.
- No excessive holes.
- All competitors must maintain a working fire extinguisher in their pit area in case of emergency.
- All karts must have a 6” nylon tie attached to spark plug wire.

* Kill switches are recommended for 250 Intermediate and 500 Open.
* It must be easily identifiable and accessible from outside the kart.
- Roll cage tube thickness must be equal to, or exceed:
* ¾” .083 chromoly
* 1” .065 chromoly
* 1” .083 steel.
* No exotic steel.
- Roll cage must be securely fastened with grade 5, or higher, bolt, in a minimum of 4 spots.
- Roll cage must completely encase the driver body.
- Roll cage must have at least 2” clearance above driver’s head.
- Fuel line location cannot be closer than 2” to any of the exhaust system at any time and shall not be above the exhaust unless it is safely insulated. Fuel line must have ample slack for cage movement and must be a petroleum grade fuel line.
- Outer mounted fuel tanks must have metal protection, particularly around the fuel pet c**k area.
- Su***de Doors/Bars are prohibited.
- No axle shall protrude beyond the wheel rim.
- Tail section must be securely attached to the frame.
- Smoking in pit area is not recommended. If you must smoke, please use extreme caution.
- Crew Members are not allowed on the racetrack or infield at any time, unless stated otherwise.




* Violators will result in their competitor losing positions and/or laps or they will be disqualified.
- During red and yellow flags, work cannot be done to karts on the racing surface unless officials state otherwise.

* Karts may exit the track under yellow to make repairs in the designated hot pit area only.
* Karts exiting to their pit area, or working on their kart in an undesignated zone are done for that race.
- If a driver believes they have a safety related issue, they may stop at any infield official. If the safety issue is confirmed, the official may assist in fixing the issue and the driver will receive their spot back. If it is not deemed a safety issue, the driver will have the choice to continue in their position or go to the hot pit for repair and lose their spot.


* DO NOT VISIT THE HOT PIT FOR SAFETY ISSUES. Any visit to the hot pit will result in a loss of position.
- Speeding in the pit area will not be tolerated and will result in fines, suspension or expulsion from all future PWO events.
- Officials are permitted to remove karts from racetrack due to unsafe conditions, such as loose parts, fuel leakage, etc.
- Chain guards are mandatory.
- Any competitor involved in an accident that will need a tow are permitted to exit their kart safely.
* Once a competitor exits their kart, they will not be allowed back on the racing surface for that race.
* Stay with the safety crew and guide them to your pit.
* If the competitor leaves the kart unattended, our officials will leave it in the infield for them to retrieve later.






ALL LEAD NEEDS TO BE PAINTED WHITE AND WITH THE CARS NUMBER ON IT
A. IF THE LEAD FALL OF IN THE RACE THAT CAR WILL BE DQ AND NO POINTS WILL BE GIVEN 5.

- Age Limit: 5-8 years old (birth certificate may be requested).

- Sealed Briggs & Stratton LO206, bearing a genuine, untampered, Briggs & Stratton Security Seal. - Engines used in qualifying must be run the remainder of the night, unless approved by tech. ALL LO206 Will be to tech as of the 2024 Briggs and Stratton Rule book

* If changing engines, the swapped engine MUST be presented to tech for inspection/reason for changing.

* When presented to tech, the engine must include the carb and exhaust.

- One piece throttle cable only.

- Must utilize Green Slide - Part with slide lock.

- Must utilize B&S Exhaust System including the newly developed Outlaw Kart exhaust package - Part

- The following parts may not be altered or modified in any way ---

* Any physical part of the engine.

* Air Filter - also cannot be removed or left off.

* Header - also cannot install E.G.T. Sensor into header.

* Muffler - also cannot weld to header.

- All engines are subject to technical inspection at all times.

- Broken seals must be reported to the technical inspector immediately.

- Owner/Driver accepts responsibility for any tampering to the seal, whether intentional or not, unless reported.

- Engine may be held for up to five days for inspection.

- Refusing to cooperate with inspection will result in disqualification.

BOX STOCK

- Minimum Weight: 270 Pounds with Kart & Driver.

- Age Limit: 7-13 years old (birth certificate may be requested).

* Any driver aged 5 or 6 may request approval to race.

- Sealed Briggs & Stratton LO206, bearing a genuine, untampered, Briggs & Stratton Security Seal. Engines used in qualifying must be run the remainder of the night, unless approved by tech. ALL LO206 Will be to tech as of the 2024 Briggs and Stratton Rule book

- Must utilize Black Slide - Part .

- Must utilize B&S Exhaust System including the newly developed Outlaw Kart exhaust package - Part .

250 INTERMEDIATE

- Minimum Weight: 370 Pounds with Kart & Driver.

- Age Limit: 10-15 years old (birth certificate may be requested).

- 250cc Four Stroke; Two Stroke

* No overbore.

* Must measure 250cc.

* No port angle changes.

* No electric motors

- All engines are subject to technical inspection at all times.

- Refusing to cooperate with inspection will result in disqualification.



500 OPEN

- Minimum Weight: 430 Pounds with Kart & Driver.

- Age Limit: 13+ years old (birth certificate and/or identification may be requested). “Prior approval from Promotor for drivers UNDER 14 Required”

* Any driver aged 11 or 12 may request approval to race.

- Engine can be any CC

- No big street-style engines (ex. 650, 750, 1100, etc.)

- No electric motors.
