Washington Chevrolet — The BIG one on the Hill! — is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Collision Technician to join our awesome team!

💰 Pay: $20–$28/hr
🎉 $2,000 SIGNING BONUS ($1,000 after 3 months + $1,000 after 6 months)

Here’s what we offer:

What you’ll do:
🔧 Perform quality repairs and diagnostics
🔧 Test drive vehicles, inspect components & systems
🔧 Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems
🔧 Communicate with our Collision Manager, customers & insurance reps
🔧 Provide time estimates, execute warranty repairs under manufacturer specs

What we’re looking for:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ At least 2 years of experience as a collision technician
✔️ Knowledge of all aspects of collision repair (frame repair experience helpful)
✔️ Fast, eager learner & team player
✔️ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
✔️ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
