🔥 The Pinnacle of the Two-Stroke Era 🔥
NSR250 vs ZR250 vs RGV250

By the mid-1990s, Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki had spent nearly a decade refining the 250cc two-stroke sportbike. The result was the three final generation models shown here. Machines that pushed the limits of what was possible in a street bike, but each taking a very different approach to achieving the same goal.

Honda NSR250 MC28 SE
Honda's final and most refined NSR. Featuring the iconic Pro-Arm single-sided swingarm, PGM-IV SmartCard engine management, and Honda's trademark balance and precision, the MC28 became the benchmark for refinement and everyday usability.

Yamaha TZR250 3XV RS
Yamaha's engineering masterpiece. A compact 90° V-twin housed in the legendary Deltabox chassis gave the 3XV razor-sharp handling and Grand Prix-inspired character. The RS model was a limited production variant upgraded with a dry clutch and close-ratio gearbox making it one of the most desirable 3XV models.

Suzuki RGV250 VJ23 SP
Suzuki's final evolution of the RGV platform. Built exclusively as an SP model, the VJ23 featured an all-new 70° V-twin, revised chassis, and race-focused engineering. While restricted to 40 hp in stock Japanese trim, Suzuki's factory F3 race kit unlocked over 70 horsepower, making it one of the most potent 250cc two-strokes ever developed.

All three bikes shown here are coming up at tomorrow night's Tokyo Motorcycle Auction and available for US purchase through Moto2 Imports.

We handle everything including bidding, payment, shipping, US Customs & EPA/DOT clearances, and all import duties & tariffs. Full mechanical services and door to door delivery across the US available.

30+ pics and running video of each bike on request.

🔥 Suzuki RG400 Gamma 🔥
Grand Prix DNA for the Street

Before the RGV250. Before the GSX-R. There was the RG Gamma.

Introduced in the mid-1980s, the RG400 was Suzuki's road-going interpretation of the square-four Grand Prix machines that dominated international motorcycle racing. Lightweight, compact, and powered by a liquid-cooled two-stroke engine, the Gamma delivered performance that stunned riders and competitors alike.

At a time when most large-displacement motorcycles relied on size and weight, the RG400 took a different approach: less mass, razor-sharp handling, and an explosive powerband that rewarded skilled riders. The result was one of the most exciting sportbikes of its era and a machine that helped establish the template for modern race-replica motorcycles.

Today, clean RG400s are becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly in original condition. Their combination of Grand Prix heritage, lightweight performance, and unmistakable two-stroke character has made them highly sought after by collectors worldwide.

The clean, low-mile example featured here is coming up at tomorrow night's Tokyo Motorcycle Auction and available for U.S. import through Moto2 Imports.

1985 Suzuki RG400 Gamma Highlights:
✔ Just 6,980 miles (11,240km)
✔ Excellent cosmetic & mechanical condition
✔ Complete factory fairing w/ rear seat & rear seat cover
✔ 397cc square four two-stroke

Auction on Tuesday night (7/21) - price TBD

🔥 Honda NSR150 SP 🔥
One of the Rarest NSRs You'll Ever See

When enthusiasts think of Honda's legendary two-stroke sportbikes, the NSR250 usually gets all the attention. However, few people know about the NSR150 SP.

Built for select Asian markets and never officially sold in Japan or the United States, the NSR150 SP combined Honda's race-inspired engineering with an incredibly lightweight chassis and a remarkably potent two-stroke engine.

Don't let the displacement fool you, the NSR150 produced an impressive 39 horsepower from just 150cc (260hp / liter), a specific output comparable to modern MotoGP machinery.

At just over 250 lbs, the result was a motorcycle that rewarded corner speed, rider commitment, and high-rpm aggression in a way few machines ever have.

What makes the NSR150 SP particularly special today is rarity. While NSR250s appear regularly in enthusiast circles, clean NSR150 SPs are seldom seen and rarely offered for sale.

This low-mile example is coming up at tomorrow night's Tokyo Motorcycle Auction and available for U.S. import through Moto2 Imports.

🔥 Why Is The MC22 So Much Fun To Ride? 🔥

On paper, the Honda CBR250RR MC22 doesn't sound particularly impressive:

Just 249cc.
~45 horsepower.
No rider aids, electronics or modern technology.

So why has it become Moto2 Imports most requested motorcycle?

Because it's one of the few bikes you can actually ride flat-out, feel like a MotoGP star and still keep your license.

Pin the throttle the and watch the tach wind all the way to 19,000rpm while the engine screams for more.

Corner speed - built for it.

Agility - at just 315lbs it changes direction just by thinking about it.

Most riders will never use all of a modern superbike's performance. The MC22 is different. Every ride becomes an excuse to chase redline, carry more corner speed, and enjoy 100% of this engineering marvel.

The super clean, low-mile MC22 featured example coming up at tonight's Tokyo Motorcycle Auction (7/14) and available for U.S. import through Moto2 Imports.
