To our valued Warsaw customers,
We want to express our sincere gratitude for your patience and loyalty regarding our automatic car wash over the past few years. While we have invested more than $40,000 in ongoing repairs and maintenance to keep the equipment running, we know the frequent downtime has been frustrating.
To provide you with the consistent quality you deserve, October 12th 2026 we are excited to announce that we are upgrading to a brand-new, state-of-the-art touchless wash system, an investment of $235,000. This new system will ensure you have access to the most reliable and advanced wash experience in town, minimizing maintenance delays and delivering a superior clean. This machine will take approx 2 weeks to install. This upgrade is only possible because of your continued patronage and support. We are incredibly grateful to be a part of this community, and we look forward to serving you with the reliable, high-quality Tidewater clean you have come to expect.
Thank you for growing with us.
Sincerely,
The Tidewater Team
