📢 Attention West Haven Residents

Our 2025 CCR (Consumer Confidence Report) is now available. Due to an unexpected delay with our office printer, distribution was pushed back slightly. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

Each resident will receive a copy of the report between today and Monday. In the meantime, a copy of the report has been posted on the front office window for anyone who would like to review it before receiving their personal copy.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post with your neighbors. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Due to an unexpected underground water leak, the water will be temporarily shut off within the next hour or so while repairs are being made. We sincerely apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Attention West Haven Estates Residents,

Robert Mansfield and his church will be going around the park on May 31 and June 7 placing lot signs throughout the community. They will also have a pop-up tent set up with refreshments for any residents who would like to stop by, say hello, and thank them for helping with our new signs. If any resident would like to make a donation to help support this cause, it would be greatly appreciated, but donations are completely optional. If you have any questions, please contact Robert Mansfield at 574-215-2592 or stop by Lot 89E.

Attention east side residents, due to an unforeseen issue with a resident's water, the water supply will be temporarily shut off for approximately 20 minutes. We apologize for the late notice. The residence worker has just notified us that they have arrived to rectify the issue again. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide a 24-hour notice. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you, Renee.

We acknowledge that everyone has multiple commitments and priorities, and therefore, everyone has until the end of February 2026 to complete the new lease and adhere to the new rules.
