This video does a great job of explaining what it like working with insurance. You, the customer, get to decide where you take your vehicle and what repairs are made! It is slow and tedious sometimes, but you dictate whether those repairs are made correctly with quality parts and service. Your insurance company cannot tell you where to take your vehicle.
