The camber of the wheel can be seen by looking at the car from the front. If the camber is positive, then the top of the wheel is leaning out from the car, while a negative camber is when the top leans into the car.

The toe on vehicles measures how much your front and/or rear wheels are turned in or out from the straight position. When your wheels are turned in, it is positive; if it is turned out, then it is negative. The reason vehicles have the toe is to help ensure that the wheels roll parallel. If your toe adjustment is messed up, it can cause your tires to wear down faster and your steering will be unstable.
