Shawana and Whitney are sisters who came to Lowe Toyota to have their car serviced. They decided to look at trading their vehicle in because of the age and the amount of service the vehicle required. Upon meeting them and listening to what they wanted to accomplish, I want to say congratulations on your new Jeep Cherokee and thanks for doing business with me! I was very impressed by this young lady who came to the dealership and knew exactly what she wanted and had done the research and had made up her mind that if the car met her expectations that she was buying it. Mr. & Mrs. Huff, came buy after looking at the other guys and said this car was exactly what Michael wanted. It drove better, had more interior space, got great gas mileage, had the right equipment, was the perfect color (blue-green metallic), and was at the right price to make them drive home happy!!!
