My take: accept the return and move on, even if you have to pay shipping both ways. After 25 years on ebay I've learned its an unfortunate part of the business. It's just not worth haggling or denying a request just to have ebay refund the money anyways.

There's always more than meets the eye, and once you get there it can be overwhelming.

If you are first starting out just be prepared, if the unit is far away, rent a truck one size larger than you think, just in case.

This unit was PACKED with 8,000 LBs of car parts, and you would never know it by the pictures.

I saw some car parts i needed in this unit for one of my project cars and decided to buy it. It was about 2.5 hours away. I brought my 20 foot trailer thinking no problem right? I can clear it in a morning.

Wrong, I packed my trailer to the top, trailer literally scraping the ground on my way home. Went back roads and slow the whole way.

Better to be overprepared just my .02
