PSA - After this large snow storm we just received, we have been getting a lot of calls about violent shakes at higher speeds - remember to clear the snow from your wheels, as large amounts of snow cause an imbalance due to the weight, which will cause a shake when driving. SubaGuru of Massachusetts LLC is now hiring technicians for 2 different positions:

- Entry level l**e technician and MA Vehicle Inspector
- A/B level Technician

Both positions are to be applied for by candidates over the age of 18, who possess a valid Massachusetts drivers license and have a clean driving record. Candidates must be professional, punctual, courteous and have reliable means of transportation. Customer relations and interactions are performed on a daily basis, and include talking with customers, taking in vehicles, setting up appointments and answering phones/scheduling customers on an as needed basis.

*Entry level tech/Inspector*

Entry level position will require basic knowledge of automotive repair, be able to lift 50lbs regularly, possess a valid MADL and having a MA State Inspectors license is a huge plus! We will send a qualified candidate to MA State inspector class for their license. This position will include basic maintenance of automotive cars, SUVs and light/medium duty trucks and vans including, but not limited to: Oil changes, tire rotations, MA State inspections, general/multipoint inspections, misc. repairs and bulb replacements. Basic tools will be required, but not mandatory to start.

*A/B Level Technician*

A/B technician must be proficient in all aspects of automotive/SUV and truck repair, including but not limited to: diagnostics of both mechanical and electrical issues/concerns, scan tool operations, wiring diagrams, repairs, minor fabrication (exhaust welding, brake line fabrication, etc.) engine and transmission diag. and replacements, brakes, suspension and driveline systems. Candidates have a good skillset and array of repair tools (specialty tools, shop tools/equipment and scan tools are provided).

Candidates can apply in person at 105 West Street - Ware MA 01082 during normal business hours. Compensation/salaries will be based on work history and knowledge and experience and are TBD during the interview process. We are on a Monday-Friday 8a-5p work week, guaranteed 45 hours with anything over 40 as overtime. Health, dental and vision are available, as well as PTO.

SubaGuru of Massachusetts is currently seeking a qualified candidate for immediate hire for the position of MA State Inspector/Entry level technician and l**e tech.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid and CLEAN MA State Drivers License. An inspectors license is a huge plus, however we will send you to training to get your license, if hired.

Candidates must be punctual, motivated and good with customer relations. A small set of tools will be required, however not mandatory to start. Must be able to lift, bend over and squat consistently during the day while performing inspections or routine maintenance on vehicles. You MUST also know how to drive a vehicle with a MANUAL transmission.

Salary will be determined during interviews, however will range from $18-22/hr to start. 40 hour minimum a week with guaranteed overtime weekly. Rotational Saturdays.
