Some of our projects we’ve been working on in this summer heat! Privateer is getting ready to move for final primer shoot. The hydra sport is still in design phase still have to add livewell on stern forward seat/coffin box to console and a step up box in bow and then we’ll start pulling it apart and glassing. The 33 core sound is a work in progress on getting all the pieces provided set and mocked up and replacing decks. The ole rybovich has been a major project a full restore but it’s moving along as well!

Sometimes the boss pulls out the spray gun and gets to do a paint job! Took this beat up bay rider and removed old rubrail and fixed all the broken areas glassed and faired out. Primed and painted the topside cap and hull and put new nonskid on the topside cap and deck followed by a new rubrail and bottom paint and then sent her down the road to bills marine for a new motor console and seat install. She’ll be good as new in no time!

The Fly N Fish came in for a repower to upgrade to some c12s. While on the yard we had the bottom blasted and made some needed repairs followed up with the barrier coat and bottom paint. As well as a little bit of window frame rot to address and an area around a rod holder. We also added in a sonar and ps70 to really set them up before going back in the water. We put the boat over last week did some shake down runs to make sure everything looked good by Thurs they were pulling into Va beach and by Friday they were fishing the tournament out there and landed a nice blue one and pulled off second congrats yall!

Ranger! The boys really did a great job with this one! Came into the shop as the March Hare originally the Point runner. The new owner was first class to work with and decided it was time to go through it. New guard on the sheer all the way around and fixing lower guards and intermediate followed up with a full prime and paint on the hull. removing all the hardtop frame legs and fixing those spots new rear frame work with belly band building a new console space for large screen filling all the wholes on the helm pod and starting fresh along with the drop down box on the hard top. Lots of repair work on the inside and outside of bridge with new hand rails and fresh paint to follow on hardtop and bridge. Some new lighting and transducer electronics plus good bit of work in the Eng room and lazz on rudders motor alignment exhaust work thru hulls seacocks all new steering and there’s more to the list than meets the eye. Thanks to Wanchese Metal Works, Narrow Shore Marine, and AME for helping make it all happen

The ole cubavitch is sittin pretty and almost completed minus a few parts here and there and the flooring. Weve really put alot of work into the fabrication side of this boat trying to give the owners exactly what they wanted from the custom seat boxes that open up to the motors with the couch still having a large storage hatch in it to the table being easily dropped to make a small bed and making It so all parts can be easily removed with thoughts of a repower in the future. In the cockpit making a large in deck kill box also custom mezz seats with one side being a large ice chest for the icemaker. Custom hardtop fully hand built no molds used at all on this boat anywhere. New headliner all the way all sorts of teak and wood work and clear coating added all over i cant even begin to list all the customizations that have been done but our guys really did a great job being able to do every aspect of this boat in house minus the aluminum frame work we subbed that out to wanchese metal works and izzy teak with the teak art on the stern and drip cap as well as name. Man i cant wait to see her in the water, hopefully next week if this weather works with us!
