BLUF: Direct Cycle Parts is on my 💩 list

I'm generally not one to badmouth another business but Direct Cycle Parts has earned it.
I ordered brake switches May 12th, because they showed in stock, CC was charged the 14th. Today, July 2nd, I finally got through to a person. Turns out the switches where not in stock, they expect them in tomorrow. No call or email letting me know what was up. I understand global logistics is AFU but you have to communicate!

I found out today that the affiliate link does in fact work! Whoever spent $71.22 at J&P, thank you! They promise to share $1.42 of that with me if all the leagaleze, mumbo jumbo, stars align, ect.
