For years we stored cars and motorcycle at the Main St. SMART Power Sports location. We are now finishing up construction on our new building, and we are getting back into the storage game, this time with heat, cameras, etc.

We will have some really great motorcycle storage rates, and who better to be the winter nanny to your baby, than a guy who's been in the motorcycle business for decades.

What is Walpole Logistics?

We get this question a lot. Walpole Logistics is a sister company to SMART Power Sports, we warehouse and ship product for other companies.

A few years back, we noticed a need for a local company who offers warehousing and shipping support for other local companies. Many local online-based companies do not have the space or manpower to offer fast and correct shipping, since that happens to be our specialty, we decided to offer that for them.

It's been a year in the making, but we finally finished the final two steps in the "Master Plan" for the southern side of the building:

1: The new SMART and Walpole Logistics building sign is finally in! We have had everything to finish this for months, but finally got around to installing it Friday night.

2: Cleaning up the messy hillside, next to the parking lot, that once was home to several large dead trees and spent the last year as an overgrown mess. This has been a snarl-inducing stress for me every time I pulled in the driveway. I can't tell you how excited I am to have this grassed in.

HUGE THANK YOU to my lovely wife for doing much of the heavy lifting yesterday while I did the cushy tractor work.

Stay tuned for what we tackle on the north and west sides of the building!

We want to remind our spring/summer customers that we moved last fall, to our forever home, in a building we finally own.

We are located at 308 Main St, in Walpole, between Agway and the fire station.

Renovations continue this spring, including installation of our real sign!

What a roller coaster year!

Supply issues are never-ending, but we continue to work around it in every way we can. We got that nudge to find our forever home, then we had to remodel it, now we just need to do the finishing touches (Like that pesky sign we haven’t gotten up yet). But we own it!

We love the new digs, and we are looking forward to a year of working on the business, not the building.

And just like that, we have garage doors! Thanks to Door Rescue for helping us out with the overheads.

As a long-time Walpole resident, I can’t help but feel like something is missing up on the gable of this building… maybe something like a leaping deere silhouette…

Goodbye see-through fiberglass, hello insulated metal. After an expected 24 week wait, we finally have doors going in this week.

Gonna be nice to turn the heat on in the warehouse!

Getting our insulati-on and finally getting the entry way to the point that we can heat it!

We might even get some finish product on the walls this week, but don’t want to get too far ahead of ourselves here…

We have a few spaces available for indoor (unheated) motorcycle storage this winter. $35-$40 per month.

Store your bike from December 1st to April 1st for $140! You can have your bike out of your way all winter, and under the watchful eye of the fellas at SMART Power Sports.

We also have 1-2 car spaces left at $75/month.

We may build out some heated space for next year, so let us know if that is something you would be interested in, so we know if it is worth the investment.

I’m still sorting some things out in the showroom, and flying solo this week, so take it easy on me.

I have a long list of call backs to make. I will do my best to get all calls and e-mails from the weekend replied today, worst case tomorrow morning, I promise.
