Introducing our latest prototype: electric urban food delivery trike.

This trike is designed to be the perfect fleet vehicle for food delivery services in urban areas.

It offers a large drawer that could hold up to eight 11-inch pizza boxes. With extra room to spare for other items.

The two accessory rails up front allows different attachments/storage solutions to hold even more delivery items.

The trike’s front suspension locks when in park position, allowing the trike to always stay upright and avoiding the risk of spilling food items during frequent stops.

This design led by was built 99% using , and 3D-printed in-house directly from the Gravity Sketch model.

One of the major steps prior to an automotive product’s manufacturing stage is rapid prototyping.

At Azur, we have the capability of large format FDM 3D printing. Combined with our proprietary thermal plastic welding technique, we are able to prototype anything from scale models to full size interior/exterior body panels, while eliminating the use of glue or any other bonding agent.

This allows our 3D printed prototypes to have much more consistent thermal properties and more strength, while being fully recyclable.

In the past 8 months, Azur has worked with a group of aspiring automotive designers and engineers to help launch their brand .

NYTOP is an automotive aftermarket parts manufacturer that focuses on designing functional parts that offer an extension to the OEM experience, but do not require irreversible changes made to the customers’ vehicles.

With our IP-based approach, Azur has helped NYTOP streamline major steps prior to their manufacturing stage, including strategic planning, design works and rapid prototyping, and was able to successfully launch the NYTOP brand and their first ever product onto the market.
