Congratulations to my clients on this home purchase! What a great way to head into the holidays! As an added bonus, we were able to negotiate $9k off of ask price!

After working together for a couple months, they bought this home in Concord for their elderly mother so that she can be closer to family and her grandchildren. Family is the most important thing we have, and it was an honor that they allowed me to be a part of this stepping stone in order to create lasting memories.
