f time from work we are continuing to create new and better designs like a stanced kit and even working on a lowered 4 wheel steering kit. Lowered wagons have been popular as kid haulers at swap meets and around town. We are currently working on designing a new front axle system that will be used for both our 4 wheel steering kit. It will also be designed to allow for the install of 4 go cart wheels, although the stock front axle could be adapted to fit go cart wheels our front axle will allow you to steer your wagon better. Taking the time to design the front axle to be multi functional means our customers can buy our kits now and purchase our upgrades later knowing they will fit their kit. It also makes it so you can have multiple wagon styles from a single kit instead of buying a bunch of single style wagon kits that take up lost of space. We are also working on a personal build of a lowered toy radio flyer wagon kit, we will be posting updates as we can on these builds. They can be found on ebay. Our cambered prototype is just as good and strong as our current straight rear axle style. Soon to be on sale on etsy and eBay. Our prototype camber kits will be for sale first, we will also have just a pair of chambered rear axle mounts for sale so those who already bought one of our 2015-K1 style kits can swap out their current mounts.

Here is a progress update on our toy wagon design. One is with the stock wagon wheels and the other is a set of 1/16 scale RC wheels. These are simple renderings from solid works drawn by Nathan, just like our prototypes and new 2015-K1 design for our M18 Radio Flyer kit. Currently this is a personal build referencing the popular 2015-K1 design with a new front axle design in the works. Our simple and yet strong handle extensions go great with your radio flyer wagon kit, lowered or not this handle extension makes it easy to remove and reattach your handle. It is made from aluminum so it has the same great qualities and benefits as our 2015-K1 lowering kit, corrosion resistant and durable. Custom lengths can be created, by you or us, just from drilling a new hole and moving the push pin to the new location if you don't need the full 9.5" extension. Its ⅛" wall thickness makes it stronger than the stock radio flyer handles but still has the same great aluminum style as our lowering kits. Here we have how we load limit tested our new design, we put an even load of over 165 pounds and rolled our wagon kit around checking steering and ease of rolling. The weakest points are the stock wheels, their plastic bushings can only take so much weight.
We have been hard pressed to get our wagon kit to hit the ground, we even stood on the front of the pan with a full 200 pounds, it flexed just over a 1/2" and still came right back to its normal ride height. With stronger wheels this kit could hold much more weight.

We tested a steel version and it would not hold the full 200 pounds before it touched the ground. It also would not come back up to its original ride height after it touched the ground.
