More body work on the . The sides of the firewall had previously been replaced, but the center section was looking worse and worse with all the new paneling around it, so it had to go. Couple more little pieces and it’ll be sealed in. Also did some repair on the rear corners where it had rusted through.

Started working on the bumpers for the International Panel Wagon project. They came in bent, twisted, and warped, but after a bunch hammering, hydraulic press, and a little welding, they’re straight enough for a 73 year old resto-mod.

Customer came in with an upper link mount ripped off their jk front axle. Replaced it with a billet link mount, and reinforced with a .4wd truss kit. Had to do some trimming with the panhard correction mount and a little massaging around the center section, but as always, the kit was top notch.

Also had a customer come in with an FJ Cruiser that needed a body mount chop to clear larger tires. Quick little trim got him on his way.

After a bunch of measuring and trying to straighten the stock frame, it was decided that a new frame would be a better option. We had bend up some rails that we designed. The rails are amazing. Would definitely recommend getting custom bent rails. Next up is welding on the body mounts so we can start on suspension.

Made some progress on the . New firewall panels are welded in and smoothed. Got the floor pan brace spot welds drilled out, white oak reinforcement removed, and uhmw put back in so it shouldn’t rust from the inside out. Redid the firewall/foot well braces out of some sturdier material which also helped straighten out the floors. Door sills are 1x2x0.120 rectangular tubing to help keep the edgesfrom bending climbing in and out.

Custom tie down spots for a car trailer we are building. Wanted something low profile, robust, and didn’t clank every time you go over a bump.

Figured it was time to address the sagging, rusted out, bondo filled floor pans. Started with some light trimming, then went ham and cut the whole thing out and started over. floor pans made it a breeze. Took out the wood floor hat braces cause it’s the 21st century and we have better materials. Hammered in some UHMW from . Finished off with flat firewall panels designed in house. Now for a lot of welding.

Something a little different. Customer has a 40 Chevy Sedan that he wanted c notched and 4 linked. The universal kit came with bag mounts that wouldn’t work without tons of modification so new ones had to be built, also didn’t come with any frame side lower link mounts so those had to be built as well.

Some body work on the . Postal Jeeps never had the Jeep lettering on the side and it looked like something was missing. Bought a patch panel and frenched it in. The panel was warped to hell before welding in the new piece. Little more finish metal work and it’ll be pretty decent.
