The Bilstein B8 6112 front shocks are Performance 60mm shock bodies with exceptional ride quality and off-road capability. They have 9 different lift perch settings, and are specifically designed, engineered and valved for the 3rd gen 4 runner. The front strut assembly comes with Bilstein #600 coil springs that are also specifically designed and rated for the 3rd gen 4 runner, plus alloance for added weight for armor and other accessories, without sacrificing the ride quality or having the sag.
The Bilstein B8 5160 rear shocks have external reservoirs for added cooling and performance, and have the reservoirs remotely mounted on the shock body. They are also designed and vived specifically for the 3rd gen 4 runner. They are designed to work with factory size and larger lifted rear coil springs to accommodate any size of lift, while still giving excellent ride quality and off-roading capabilities as well.
The combination of these shocks was specifically designed to give the ultimate mid level/mid travel suspension, to provide an excellent ride both on road and off.
