We are so happy to be part of this story. What an amazing group Croton Sportsmen For Youth & Disabled Veterans is. This story shows what they make happen for our Veterans! Now let’s get this motor on the boat and get it on the water for them.

Tom's Toons is planning to provide the Croton Sportsmen for Youth and Disabled Veterans with a newly-rebuilt pontoon. There's just one more thing they need.

We need you to help give local Veterans the chance to spend on the water and do some fishing…

We restored a pontoon boat a year ago and were going to sell it, but the motor got stolen off the boat right in front of our shop. This made us rethink things and we decided the best thing for this boat is to put a new motor on it and donate it. We’ve covered the cost of the materials for the restoration and donated the time and labor to make it look like a new boat.

We’ll be donating it to The Croton Sportsmen For Youth & Disabled Veterans this summer. They work with the local Veterans Home in GR bussing them up north for fishing trips and to spend time outdoors.

We need everyone’s help to raise some funds for the outboard motor and a couple of canvas tops for their fleet. If we exceed our goal of $4500 it will go straight to the organization as a check to help them with other costs to operate. Anything and everything contributed helps, so PLEASE share this post and let’s get them a new 20 hp motor on that boat so that they can have a worry-free time out on the water!!
