Doing more than just paint work. This Yamaha R6 suspension was in need of a rebuild. The rims are being hand polished to add a little bit of a custom touch to this build. The YZF-R6S is currently being completely refreshed from the tires up. It is getting a 520 chain conversion along with a lightweight aluminum rear sprocket and a different gear ratio by going down one tooth on the front sprocket and up two teeth on the rear sprocket. The paint work will be coming soon as well as the other modifications being made, so give us a like to stay updated on this build!

A very amazing build came through the shop for some plastic repairs and paint work!

We were able to get a great paint match on the metallic silver paint for the door, fender, and tailgate. Now it will receive a final polish along with a final cleaning to be ready for the trails.

A 1990 Honda CRX DX. This car recently received a DOHC (D16A8) engine swap, a multipoint fuel injection conversion, and an OBD1 conversion. Here are just a few progress pictures with the finished photos at the bottom.

The DX is a much more detailed engine swap due to it having a two injector system from the factory. There are several things that have to be done under the hood as well as under the dash to get the ECU and engine to communicate properly.

Along with the swap, it also had new seals, gaskets, water pump, axles, radiator, and timing belt to ensure it goes safely and reliably down the road.

There was over 30 years of grease buildup removed from the original transmission and engine bay to make this swap aesthetically pleasing and as a stock appearing vehicle.

2015 RAM 2500 needed a bedside repair along with minor repairs on the tailgate. The stock rear bumper was replaced with something a little more fitting, and the front bumper was refinished as well.

The interior received a detail while the exterior received a one step machine polish. The truck also was rebadged with black emblems and door handles, and just check out that tailgate badge!

The interior was fully steam cleaned, vacuumed, deep cleaned (scrub), deodorizing shampoo, and vinyl treatment. What a difference!

The exterior received a two step machine polish to bring back some life still left in the paint.

2009 F250 Super Duty

It's very important to perform inspections on your braking system. The brake caliper pistons will over extend and blow the seals if the brake pads wear too thin. That's exactly what happened in this case, and it resulted in more parts needing replaced.

Also, with Summer getting near, you may want to have your engine's cooling system flushed and ready.

It can happen any time and leave you stranded. The timing belt is a very important serviceable part, especially if you have an interference engine. That means if this part snaps while you're going down the highway, you could have more problems than you think (bent valves, cracked piston, damage to the combustion chamber etc). Check your vehicles maintenance schedules, and see if it's time to service your timing belt. If your vehicle has a timing chain, those usually only require inspection.
