Another killer install tip from Geoff that we clipped from a recent video.

In that last bit of the transmission install before you compress the slave cylinder when the transmission slides into the clutch, connect your slave cylinder line. The final compression of the slave will push any air in the line up and burp it through the reservoir.

This gets you as close to "ready and bled" as you could possibly be for that first pedal press!

One of the most effective ways to save yourself 2349085 pumps of the clutch pedal and a whole lot of creative language, is to properly bench bleed your slave cylinder when installing your clutch on a hydraulically operated application.

Most applications will still take some pumping. But we can assure you, it's much fewer if you take the extra steps to properly bench bleed the slave cylinder!
