We're wrapping up the latest run of Denny T grid heater deletes. Fresh off the CNC mill. We added the pocket for injector line clearance for my 24 valve buddies.

Notice how the pocket DOES NOT extend into the mounting surface on the top and bottom. The way we make the pocket keeps the surface area of the gasket surface large enough to get a good seal preventing an easy escape for boost.

We are buying a new waterjet for the company and I had Flow Waterjet come by to tour the facility and show off their product. Things were routine until the sales guy sees the Denny T shirts and Denny T products by the CNCs. The salesman not only owns a 91.5 first gen but has been a long time Denny T customer! Small world!!

Is it ok to base your purchase of a CNC machine off of a "1st gen friendship"?...... I think so!! Flow Waterjet FTW!

Ive been tryin' to get on Google Street View since its inception. Ive even stalked the google car trying to make it in the big time. I was sent this pic today and thought FINALLY but its not me driving. It was taken just after I sold it. Im not givin' up! Gotta have goals!

I busted my burb out today for some grocery gettin'. As usual I parked in BFE to avoid Waco drivers. When I come out I see I have company and it made me wonder. Do we both like parking a mile from the store? Does he not care at all and its random? OR, my favorite, did he haul ass straight to that spot because he loves square bodies like me!!? Maybe so.....just maybe.....

Alright! My 3" front springs came in! Now I can lower down my W250. It hasnt been to the mountains or true offroading in years and thats a lot of hastle for nothin'. I put crossover steering on it so I cant go back to complete stock but 3" will clear. Im keeping the 6" Alcans in the rear and Ill level it out by milling new shorter rear blocks. 'old
