Customer came in with a rattling noise, turned out to be a water pump bearing starting to fail.
No overheating yet. No catastrophic failure. Just a noise that didn’t sound right.

That’s the difference between reacting to a breakdown and preventing one.

When water pump bearings start going out, you’ll usually hear it before you see it. If ignored, it can lead to coolant leaks, overheating, and in worst cases, engine damage.

This one was caught early. Replaced the pump, inspected the system, and sent it back out the right way.

We recently diagnosed a climate control issue where the unit kept blowing a fuse. After pulling the dash, we found that the wiring harness had been rubbing against the frame, wearing through the insulation and causing a short. With the wiring repaired, the system is now running smoothly and ready for any temperature changes.
