SoCal 914 Ramble May 2026
Another beautiful drive with our 914 homies. They launched from Irvine and we joined up where the 76 hooks east toward Julian. Our last stop was Santa Ysabel where we grabbed breakfast and topped off our charge. Tip of the chapeau to Shorty, Bruce and Nate.

Frances of Tinkergineering trailered her Porsche 914 EV project car to Burbank for an upholstery mentoring session graciously set up by Matt Whitesell at 914Rubber. Some special visitors include Carlo Orecchia, and Bruce Stone, both 914 champions. Thanks to John, shop manager, and Oscar, Jay’s upholstery wizard. More was bitten off than could be chewed in one day, but it was an excellent start. Onward!
