Stoked on this one🔥 Huge thank you to our customer who hauled their 2011 Stoker over from Yuma to get dialed in by us.

We’re pulling the motor to correct the jack plate hardware, reinforcing the splash well with backing plates, and swapping out for billet stringer washers to ensure everything is rock solid. While we’re at it, we're knocking out a full system service and installing Mercury Boost to unlock a little more performance.

Shoot us a DM to talk about your next service or performance upgrade.

Skater? Nope, Extreme😎 Customer was looking for better handling on his '21 Extreme.
After the first test drive, we found the 10-inch offset bracket was creating handling and drivability issues. The fix? Moving the center of gravity forward with a 4-inch Bob’s Machine Shop jack plate to get the boat balanced and performing the way it should.

Another example of why proper setup matters when it comes to performance.

This 27' Boston Whaler Challenger Pilot House is in the shop for a full repower. We're pulling the twin Yamahas and upgrading to a pair of Mercury outboards, along with all new wiring and rigging to match.
Pretty cool we've got two of these 27' Boston Whalers in the shop at the same time. Someone must've heard I like them. 😎
Stay tuned as we bring this classic back to life with modern power. 🔥

Lake test complete ✅🌊
This Avalon Twin L6 400R hit the water at Lake Elsinore for a successful break-in day. After about three hours on the lake in the summer heat, the motors performed exactly as they should.
Back at the shop, we completed an oil change and inspected the oil filter to check for any signs of metal or concerns. Everything looked clean, giving us confidence that this build is ready for its next chapter.
Next up: a final wash, a final once-over, and then it's headed back to its owner.
Keep an eye out... you may be seeing this one on the water very soon. 👀🚤

Another milestone in the 23' Cougar 300R Repower project. 🔧⚡
The rigging is officially underway.
✔️ Trim pump layout is fully wired and ready for plumbing.
✔️ Dash is coming together with a new VesselView display, plus LED indicators for the jack plates and tunnel tab.
✔️ Wiring cleanup is next as we dial everything in.
We're waiting on a few final parts from the vendor before we can finish the build, but once they arrive, it's full speed ahead.
Stay tuned as we bring this build across the finish line. 🚤

Another beautiful day in San Diego with this Eliminator Eagle on deck for restoration☀️🚤
This project included a complete trailer brake system replacement with new actuator, lines, rotors, calipers, pads, bearings, etc, giving all four wheels braking power for safer towing.
We also tracked down and sealed multiple leaks by resealing the swim steps, trim tabs, drain plug, and transom shield. To finish it off, we repaired a damaged hatch with fresh fiberglass and gel coat, then replaced the hatch pad and worn interior cushions.
Another boat ready for many more days on the water! 🔧🌊

Update on the Avalon tritoon with twin Mercury 400Rs! After the #6 piston failure, the best solution was a brand-new Mercury long block. We transferred all of the original components over, cleaned the oil pan and injectors, installed a new oil pump and oil thermostat, and completed a full service on both motors. She's back together, fired up, and running strong. One final lake test and she'll be headed back to her owner! 🔧🚤 ry400R

The Ski Centurion Barefoot Warrior is almost ready for its comeback! 🚤🔥
After a full transom replacement, this project is back together with the motor, jack plate, and rub rails installed. We’re down to the final touches... bleeding the steering system, reinstalling the upholstery, and getting everything ready for its first lake test.
In the next couple of days, we’ll be heading to Lake Elsinore to put it through its paces and make sure everything is dialed in before it heads back to its owner.
Who else loves Lake Elsinore? 🌊🙌

Me and this boat have history...
This 18' Chaparral is in the shop for its annual service, but we've been part of its story for years. Back in 2013, it was involved in a serious highway accident after being rear-ended. She was declared a total gonner.
We bought the boat, brought it back to life with extensive fiberglass repairs, fresh upholstery, and a brand-new trailer. When the original owner saw the finished restoration, he bought it back.
Now, more than a decade later, it's still on the water, still putting smiles on faces, and it's back with us for routine maintenance. It's always special to see a project come full circle.
