This Malibu came in needing rescue. The battery was installed backwards 😬 which blew out the alternator, ignition coil, and a few fuses.

After getting those swapped out, giving her a fresh oil change and a new impeller, and tuning up the trailer with new tires, bearings, brakes, and Bearing Buddies, this rig is officially revived and ready to head back to the lake to make some memories on the water! 🌊⚓️

Big progress on the Maxum project.🌊
What started as a leaking transom assembly turned into pulling the engine, drive, and transom shield to get the transom fixed right.
We also freshened up the dash with new gauges, along with new engine sensors and sending units. Just waiting on a few parts to handle a small thermostat leak before we fire it up for a test run. 🚤💨
One more step and this Maxum is back to its owner 😎

The Bruiser is getting back to full power. ⚡️
After tracking the low-power issue back to a clogged fuel filter,we installed a new filter, drained the tank, added fresh fuel, and is polishing the system to catch any remaining debris.
Getting it cleaned up, dialed in, and ready to get back on the water. 🤘

Out with the old🔥
This 26 Striper is complete! 🌊 We ditched the old round gauges and gave this dash a serious upgrade: new carbon fiber panel, Simrad display for Yamaha engine info, and all-new rocker switches.
But the real work is behind the dash. Wiring cleaned up, new fuse panels for switched and constant power, and the main power and grounds cleaned up for a setup that’s built to be reliable.

A serious upgrade on this Sea Swirl Striper. 🔧🌀

We built and laminated a true carbon fiber dash, with the carbon cut in-house on the water jet for a precise fit. The front is looking spotless, and we’re making sure the backside is just as clean.

The two screens are being wired up with everything organized, labeled, and built to be serviceable.

Clean work isn’t just what you see. It’s what’s behind the dash, too.😎

A little look inside the WOT Marine service department 👀🔧
We’ve got a few projects moving through the shop right now:
🚤 Bayliner Trophy with a Mercury 90 HP 4-stroke getting some fuel system work, plus new bunks.
🚤 Maxum with the motors out and transom assembly removed. A leak led to wood rot in the transom, so we’re getting everything repaired and repotted next week. New gauges, new life.
🚤 Monterey with a 496 Volvo Penta getting a new fuel pressure regulator, oil change, and starter.
🚤 2010 Sea Ray getting a full bellows kit and a new circulation water pump.
Different boats, different problems, same goal: get them back on the water running right. ⚙️🌊

This 23-foot Cougar is getting a serious transformation 🔧

You have seen what we have been doing. Now the front cap is finished and we are into the sanding stage, with the colors tied together and terminator caps being built for the rub rail.

Out back, we added a bulkhead and subfloor in the tunnel, reinforced the existing stringers and braces, and extended the structure to the top of the transom. Making a stronger, properly boxed-in hull ready to handle serious outboard power. and

300-hour service on this Nitro🔧

We handled the full engine service, including the water pump impeller, lower unit l**e, spark plugs, thermostats, and belt. We also replaced the fuel pressure, air pressure, and tracker valve diaphragms as preventative maintenance based on the boat’s age and cleaned out the oil tank.

On the trailer side, we installed new wheel bearings and caps to keep everything rolling safely.

As a Mercury dealer with extensive Optimax experience, we know the common trouble spots and take care of them before they turn into problems on the water.
