It may not be fancy, but we dont have 100k to spend on fancy. Instead we gave our 2007 Green Machine a whole lot of love ..this thing has been an adventure, and maybe a bit of a money pit...but we love it nonetheless.

Like most things in rescue, it may not be perfect...but it gets the job done...the dents are wounds earned in battle, the stains are...well actually the interior got ripped out and replaced with vinyl...the smells are, well...if you know you know.

On a recent rescue trip, that took us from Reedley, to Fresno, to Lancaster, to a pit stop at our homie rescue in Ridgecrest One Dane At A Time, Inc. ...our GPS decided to send us around Lake Isabella..at night...

Thats a heck of a time to figure out your brakes "aren't quite right" aka almost drive off a cliff

New pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines, ball joints, CVs, etc etc etc. And a quick touch up on paint on the bumper and wheels...here we are...

Giant shout out to Pro Detail for making this thing shine after 20 years of rough living, please go see JC if you want something brought back to life... thanks to 3M Audio of Visalia for getting some sound in it.

Most of all, thank you to Friends of Tulare Animal Services for giving us your old van.

Lives will continue to be saved.

The wheels on the bus go round n round.
