Happy Tuesday, everyone! I thought I'd share a few things that I am grateful for this morning 🤗

▪️I am so grateful that I get the opportunity to protect my community everyday
▪️I am grateful that I had friends and family that pushed me to go get checked out, and discovered a pretty serious health issue I wouldnt have known about otherwise that I'm working with doctors to correct
▪️I am grateful that the trajectory of my career was rerouted and I was put on this path, it's where I am meant to be
▪️I am grateful for my incredibly amazing, supportive, and wonderful husband, and for my chaotic, brilliant, sensitive, and sometimes very stubborn kids
▪️I am grateful for the support of my village. My in-laws helping with the kiddos, everyone that is following my journey on this page, and my friends and family that are always there for me!

I appreciate you all! I hope you have an amazing day! 🥰🤗

Okay friends, I'm down in Bloomington at the moment and though I am only halfway through my week of training academy for my new gig and I'm feeling empowered to take it to the next level as soon as I am back! 🤩

I will need some practice getting reps in of my presentation before heading out to talk to all the awesome businesses on the range! I'm excited to share my ideas and inspire others, and I know that with your help, I'll be able to hit the ground running 🏃‍♀️

I will need all the real life conversation scenarios practice I can get to smooth out the rougher edges and I anticipate that my incredibly patient hubby will only let me practice with him so many times before he starts taking up new hobbies to escape the repetition 😅

Please let me know if you are willing to sit down with me for about 15-20 minutes at some point in the next couple weeks so I can run through it with you in person (because the presentation is on an iPad), and help me build some confidence, it would mean the world and help more than you know!

You all know from working with me for your vehicle purchases that I have not and will not, push you towards something that you feel isn't right for you, so no worries there! 🫶

I just need help to polish my presentation, and it would be amazing to get to catch up with you all and share in each other's successes! 🥰

Great news everybody! 🤗

I just passed my Minnesota Accident and Health Insurance licensing exam on Saturday!

I cannot wait to continue serving the Iron Range and beyond! And the best part is...I get to work for my self, but representing a company that has values that align with mine!

In my new roll, I get to work from home and in my community. No more missing soccer games or school events due to 12+ hour days! This awesome company sees time with your family as one of their highest priorities!

I'll even get to be more involved with the Chamber!

I'll get my info updated and share lots more exciting details once I complete some training and get to ask more questions about the social media guidelines!

Thank you to each and every one of you that shared amazing words of encouragement, but also put in the time to write recommendation letters to assist me in my journey. It means the world! 🥰

📣📣📣NEED HELP FROM MY RAVING FAN ADVOCATES!!

I know many of you have taken a moments send me words of encouragement since I shared the news, which I appreciate so very much!

I am wondering if you guys wouldn't mind going one step further? 🤔

If you feel inclined to do I would love to have as many letters of recommendation to go into my interviews with; not only as a vote of confidence for a future employer but as a pep talk for me to read before I go into an interview. 🥰

I have given time, love, energy, empathy, pizzazz, and glitter into making every customer experience the best I possibly could. I know you all have felt my devotion to my customers and my career. I regret to inform you all that I have been fired from the dealership. I began seeking out employment in a healthier environment and upon their discovery of my search, they chose to terminate my employment.

I am going to take a few days to determine a game plan for what comes for next me, but don't worry, Bailey's still got your back it just will be somewhere else.

I loved my job, and my customers, but I need an environment that listens not only when I advocate for customers, but also for my own needs as well.

Keep following me to see where this journey bringing me next and where I will have to pleasure of serving my customers and community in this next chapter.

If someone at the dealership texts or calls and states that I'm just out for a little while but they are unsure how long that I'll be gone...that is a lie and an attempt to maintain engagement under false representation of the status of my employment there. Please inform me if this is said to you.
