Job Ad:
Dream Team Collision is a family-owned collision repair shop located in Virginia Beach, VA. We are currently seeking an experienced professional for a part-time receptionist/front office position. This position has potential to become full-time in the future. The current schedule for this position is set for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. No weekends. Scheduled working dates are flexible to change if different days of the week are desired. Candidate MUST be reliable, have own transportation, and be on time to work every single day. Must have at least 1-2 years of administrative/receptionist experience and must have good people skills. This is an hourly position starting at $18/hr with room for growth.
Receptionist Duties:
1. Greet customers in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner
2. Filing parts invoices and customer repair files
3. Scheduling vehicle estimate appointments and repairs for customers
4. Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails
5. Assist with day-to-day production (check in parts, assist with accounting, and transport vehicles)
6. Calling insurance companies, rental car companies, parts vendors, and customers
7. Light office chores/cleaning (i.e. take out the office trash, dust, clean windows, sweep, and vacuum)
8. Must have valid driver's license with good driving record
9. Must be friendly, have good communication skills, excellent customer service, problem solving skills and able to multi-task
Someone with experience working at an auto body shop as a receptionist would also be ideal but not necessary.
