One of the MOST COMMON mistakes I’ve seen over the years building motorcycles and cars is:

1. “My bike won’t run.” …only to realize the fuel is turned off. 😂

2. Wiring.

Wiring can look intimidating, but once you understand the basics, it’s actually pretty straightforward. This bike has almost everything a full bagger has—minus the stereo—and every wire has a job.

Take your time, build it right, and you’ll spend more time riding than troubleshooting. ⚡🏍️

Where in this world do you find your peace? 🌎

This goes back to a conversation Dom and I had recently: Why do bad things happen?

Every day brings experiences and situations—some good, some bad. The truth is, you'll never fully recognize the good in life without first experiencing the bad.

We live in a world built around comfort, and many of the skills that help us reclaim our peace are slowly fading away.

For me, it's working with my hands. ⚒️ Whether I'm shaping metal, welding, forging, or building something from nothing, the noise of the world gets a little quieter. 🔥

For a brief moment, my mind is focused on one thing, and that's where I find my peace.

Man, we don’t deserve them…

There is truly no better feeling than the connection you have with a great dog.

A dog doesn’t judge, a dog doesn’t do all the dirty s**t we humans do to each other.

They give freely, they are your councilor, they are your keeper of secrets, they are where you can be you and never worry of being judged.

They are a part of your life. You are all of theirs.

I’m going to take a step back from posting much this week as I fumble around and start to feel out this new chapter.

Rest in Peace my little pig dog. Life is going to be a lot less bright without you going everywhere with me.

America wasn't built by perfect people.

It was built by ordinary men who believed in an extraordinary idea. They took a chance on freedom, accepted the risk of failure, and kept moving forward despite impossible odds.

The path to great leadership has never been straight up.

For 250 years, this nation has been shaped by imperfect people willing to sacrifice, adapt, and persevere in pursuit of something greater than themselves.

The same is true for every leader today.

Failure isn't the end of the journey.

It's part of earning the privilege to lead.
