Proper prep is key!
All of our undercoatings are a next day turnaround as we get everything prepped, treated, and sprayed and allow the vehicle to sit and cure overnight on our lift before unmasking and reassembling the following morning.
We spray a wax based undercoating that is designed to not crack or peel on you over time, and withstands all seasonal change throughout the year as well as functions as a great sound dampener for reducing road noise as well!
Existing rust is always sanded and treated with a rust converter so that the substrate is neutralized and inhibited before we apply the undercoating to protect it moving forward.
We also include our cavity wax inside all of the inner frame rails and seam sealed areas of the chassis for complete protection, inside and out!
No annual reapplication needed, no getting brittle and hard on you and cracking/peeling over time, no oil-based mess to deal with or have come off entirely. No BS.
We undercoat everything from classic restorations, RV’s, emergency vehicles, brand new vehicles (the BEST time to get this application), used and abused work trucks, and everything inbetween.
Everything is applied using professional equipment and done in-house on our lifts. I have thousands of reference pictures from jobs we have completed daily over the past 6+ years of being in business.
