🇺🇸 I STAND FOR CHOICE. I STAND WITH THE IGA. 🇺🇸

Consumers have the right to choose their auto glass repair facility. Period.

Interference by an insurance company or their third-party claim administrator, like Safelite, is against the law when it comes to a consumer selecting the shop of their choice.

Yet every day, tactics are used to create doubt and confusion, including:

❌Stating your chosen shop may not offer a comprehensive warranty
❌Suggesting they cannot perform required OEM calibrations
❌Claiming the shop may charge more than what is “acceptable”
❌Calling or emailing you after the claim to pressure you into switching
❌Steering you toward company-owned network stores

This is not consumer choice.
This is interference.

Independent shops protect local jobs, follow OEM procedures, and uphold federal safety standards. Consumers deserve transparency, not pressure.
