We wanted to give everyone a quick update regarding the Wally’s we posted about yesterday.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to have the Wally’s for our September 12th & 13th event at Mason Dixon.

We know Mason Dixon did the Wally’s for us at last year’s event, and Elmer and I had been in talks about doing them again for 2026. The order was placed, but unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding between last year and this year, we aren’t able to make it happen for this event.

Trust us—we’re just as bummed as everyone else!

And before the internet does what the internet is famous for and people start pointing fingers 😜 — this has nothing to do with NHRA or Mason Dixon. It was simply a misunderstanding, and sometimes these things happen.

Hopefully, we can work something out and bring the Wally’s back for another Mid Atlantic event in the near future!

BUT—we’re still racing September 12th & 13th at Mason Dixon! 🏁

🍁 We will be awarding our Mid Atlantic Leaf Trophies to ALL classes, including Super Pro & Pro!

We hope to see everyone there for another great Mid Atlantic weekend!

And maybe this means it’s finally time for us to design our own really cool, unique Mid Atlantic trophy… 🤔🏆

And NO—it will not be a “Robbie,” as someone once suggested. 😂
Sorry folks, I really don’t need to be on a trophy!

The Map I like to post every time we roll into Mason Dixon to give people the lay of the land - looking down the track the turnoff is on your left-hand side, scoreboards sit at about 800 feet so it can be tricky if you use them for judgement, shutdown is same length as Cecil County without the hills (it does have a slight incline). The Mid Atlantic Trailer will be posted in its normal spot on the right side of the track by the grandstands, remember LADDER Boards are on the backside of the trailer now.

Saturday Night at Mason Dixon, Frank Spidel will be cooking his BBQ Chicken as the racers dinner and I’ll be doing racers Breakfast on Sunday Morning.

As always Sides are welcomed along with desserts, so come over grab a plate and meet some new racers!

Obviously, I have seen all the posts, my phone has been blowing up from the FRBR posts and MG posts, unfortunately we have been there before some 3 years ago with Atco shutting down. We are working on a backup plan hopefully and if not, we will end the season at Mason Dixon Dragway and then focus on 2027. We will have more news to come as it all comes to light but please be patient, I know everyone wants an answer ASAP but once again Rome wasn't built overnight.

Preliminary rotation and schedule for Mason Dixon Race # 7 & 8 on September 12th & 13th - I am awaiting word if a gamblers race will be included for Sat & Sun or testing on Friday Night - so that is TBD
