Welcome to Futaba Indiana of America (FIA)! We have been proud to be a part of the Knox County, Indiana, business community since 2001. We strive to provide the highest quality parts and services to our partners, and our Team Members are an integral part of that success. Futaba Indiana of America is part of a global network of over twenty manufacturing plants in ten countries on

three continents. was founded in 1945 and has a rich history of concern for workers, their families, and local communities. As an automotive supplier, we are dedicated to supplying parts to Toyota, focusing on the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana (TMMI) plant in Princeton, Indiana. We have the privilege of being a part of the Camry, Sienna, Sequoia, Corolla, Avalon, Lexus RX, and the Highlander production. We are immensely proud of our hardworking team members who bring their skills and talents to the various departments and help us achieve our "Quality Product at Lower Cost" goal. We firmly believe in the Kaizen process, which allows us to improve every aspect of our company. At FIA, we understand that quality parts are essential to producing quality vehicles. We are committed to using state-of-the-art computer-controlled robots to weld pressed steel into body and interior parts precisely. Our parts meet the exact standards of Toyota and Futaba North America locations. We take pride in contributing to their outstanding reputation for quality, reliability, and safety.

Clint brings 15 years of invaluable experience from his time with Futaba, where his historical knowledge of our logistics processes will be a significant asset to his new role. Clint deeply believes that "feedback is a gift" and he consistently demonstrates this philosophy by providing guidance to team members and fellow team leaders on daily tasks. This approach embodies true leadership, fostering growth and continuous improvement within our teams.

We are incredibly thankful to have attended another amazing year at the Knox County Annual Awards Dinner.

Futaba recently had the opportunity to participate in a local Outdoor Career Event and Touch-a-Truck experience — and what an incredible day it was!

We truly enjoy pouring into students by sharing what we do every day, how manufacturing impacts the world around them, and where the parts we create ultimately go. It’s always rewarding to spark curiosity and help students connect classroom learning to real-world careers.

Of course, if we’re being honest… the highlander horn may have been the students’ favorite part of the day!

Thank you to School System for inviting us to be part of such a meaningful event. We loved seeing all the smiles, hearing the laughter, and spending time with the students.
