This engine is a perfect example of what can happen when oil changes get neglected. There’s a ton of play in the timing chain, and the inside of this engine is gunked up.

Regular oil changes are one of the simplest things you can do to protect your engine and avoid a MUCH bigger repair bill down the road.

In this Colorado, we’re talking brakes and why turning the rotors isn’t always the best option. Modern rotors are thinner than they used to be, and machining them can put them below spec.

The customer was experiencing starting issues, so instead of having the problem properly diagnosed, the vehicle received a new battery, alternator, and starter.

During the installation, the alternator was improperly installed. The incorrect installation ultimately caused the brand-new alternator to fail and need replaced.

This is why proper diagnosis matters. Throwing parts at a problem can get expensive quickly—and sometimes create even more problems along the way.
