Haggerty Buick GMC in Villa Park is looking for a full-time Automotive Collision
Estimator. The Collision Estimator is responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue
targets by capturing every viable job that comes to the door, and upselling additional
services. The Estimator writes accurate estimates, and tracks the vehicles progress
through the repair process, keeping the customers continually informed, and the files
updated. The Estimator participates in solving problems that impact the speed,and
quality of the repair.

Job requirements include:
 Preferred estimating experience; experience working in a high volume and fast-
paced Collision repair shop preferred
 Current I-CAR certification preferred
 Experience using collision estimating software/CCC preferred
 Valid driver’s license

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:
 Sales: Consistently captures customers’ vehicles for repair at the initial visit, or
schedules the repair appropriately.
 Prepares accurate, complete estimates that minimize supplements.
 Is effective at upselling additional services.
 File Management and DRP Compliance.
 Ensures all RO files are completed accurately, and are always up to date.
 Is able to successfully manage and comply with multiple DRP requirements

Estimator/Assistant Duties
Using all body shop office equipment properly
 Assist body shop manager as necessary()
 Add a body shop advisor to estimate automotive body repairs by ascertaining body
damage
 Assist and supervise work of all body shop & paint shop technicians
 Operate and use all body shop office equipment
 Provide administrative support to body shop operations
 Keep track of account receivables for body repair work and make sure all are paid in
a timely manner
 Assist the body shop manager with work flow
 Prepare purchase orders for all body shop vendors
 Assist in Training of personnel assigned to body shop
 Maintain body shop records by recording repair and replacement actions
 Completing assigned repair orders concisely and within time restrictions
 Maintain a network of vehicle parts suppliers for all body shop vendors
 Maintaining body shop equipment for safe and efficient operation
 Assign work to body technicians
 Assist in directing and scheduling the work
 Open repair orders for all vehicles coming into the body shop for repairs
 Assist directing and schedule the work of all body shop team members
 Assist with marketing plan to increase body shop business
 Keep body shop technicians up to date with time allowances of all repairs

2016 GMC Terrain hard front end hit finished product!

This is a little bit bigger repair. 2016 GMC Terrain hit hard in the front. This impact swayed the front end over and we had to replace the right lower inner rail and radiator support. We also had to replace the front sheet metal and repair many other inner structure components.

Hiya everyone! I know its been awhile since I have posted any repair statuses, so here is a 2010 Chevy Camaro we recently got in. It is hit hard in the front and has structural damage to the radiator support. Keep an eye out for photos of the finished product coming soon!
