Lovebug season is here and Southeast Texas paint is already taking hits.

Those black-and-red pairs on your hood are not just ugly. Their guts are acidic. In this heat they can etch clear coat in as little as 48 hours if you leave them.

Do not dry-wipe. Do not hit them with a stiff brush or dish soap and hope. That scratches the finish worse than the bugs.

We soak, lift, and neutralize, then seal so the next wave does not glue itself on as hard. Grille and radiator faces too. Packed lovebugs can choke airflow.

Book before the etch sets.

We’re looking to add another window tinter to the team.
Must-have skills
Able to hand cut film
Able to use a plotter
Clean, precise installs with no bubbles, fingers, or gaps
Duties
Measure, cut, and install automotive window film (sedans, trucks, SUVs, etc.)
Prep glass: clean, decontaminate, remove old tint when needed
Heat-shrink and apply film on curved glass
Inspect every job for quality before the customer picks up
Keep your station clean and organized
Work with the team on busy days and help keep jobs moving
Follow shop standards and Texas tint laws
Pay
Competitive — based on experience and skill. We’ll discuss it.

Alot of other detailers in our area are upcharging for bugs... We will not! We use professional chemicals that knock those pesky bugs right off!

Why upcharge for bugs when it take an extra 2 minutes to make sure they are off? 🤦‍♀️
