Parts and Prices
When you get an estimate for any repairs or maintenance work, you may notice some parts prices have increased or are fluctuating more than normal. This includes everything from brake rotors to oil (especially oil) and dealer parts. We don't like it anymore than you do, but we will always do our best to let you know ahead of time what the estimated cost will be and what to expect.

With that said, I'm posting a little reminder though most folks know these.
We do not use customer purchased parts. We just don't, it's how we roll. Next, we go for quality. Why? Because we really don't want to want to take your car apart several times for the same repair if it's not a warranty issue. Did you know that engineers and rusty broken off bolts are the leading cause of mechanic mental breakdowns in the US. Fun fact, look it up. Also, Rock Auto is a nightmare and we don't say it's name more than 3 times in a row. At that point you'd be required to hold the flashlight for your favorite mechanic and get hollered at while the bad spark plugs get replaced for the third time. Just like the old days with dad right? Just kidding😉
We do provide a warranty for a lot if not most parts and labor (yes, labor too!) Crazy, I know. If you do by chance have a specific brand in mind, we can always take a look and see if it's an option.

We always want to keep your trust so we try to be as transparent as we can be with things over here. If you ever have concerns or questions, please let us know. Thanks guys!!!

Good morning and Happy Friday everyone! First of all, we are likely closing a bit early today. If you reach out and don't get a response, we'll get back to ya over the weekend. I want to let you guys know that we will be closed from July 29th until August 9th, back to work on August 10th. Anton will be gone for a portion of time and then we will both be away for a few days within that time frame.

I will be available part time to schedule appointments from July 30th to August 5th, if I don't answer, leave a voicemail or a text and I'll get back to you when I can.
August 6th to August 9th we will have zero cell reception and no wifi.

The majority of travel this year has been for family and part of this time off is as well. We don't like to close down for anything, but, most of you folks know and understand why these trips are important to both of us right now. We appreciate you guys being so wonderful and supportive. You're the best and we're lucky to have ya! Have a safe and lovely weekend everyone!

Happy Saturday everyone! The situation at the garage is all set. There were in fact two surprise buried fuel storage tanks. With the help and support of the village, the mayor, the DPW, the DEC, their contractors and of course all of the neighbors and customers, the tanks were safely removed and the area is back to normal. The rest of the renovations are getting back on track but the second dumpster is still waiting to be removed so the entire lot is usable. Mobile appointments and some garage location appointments are available. Mobile appointments are not available for all services but give us a call and we'll see what works best. Hey there everyone! We will be closed Thursday through Sunday this week and we will not have the business phone. So we have found a picture in the archived calendars at the Schuylerville library. We now know that Kings garage had the fuel pumps and they provided Tydol gasoline in 1935. We are still looking for any information or pictures on the history of these fuel pumps at 167 Broad st. And help is greatly appreciated. We are very greatful for all the amazing resources in our wonderful village.

Update on the renovation issues we've been facing at the garage and request for historical photos.
While digging to replace the driveway, a fuel storage tank or tanks were discovered. There is minimal information right now for us to go off of in regards to the history of these tanks. We are currently trying to get more details and photographs or documents that anyone may have of the gas station that is presumed to have been there. We know they likely had Sinclair Oil with a Dyno the Dinosaur "mascot". If you have photos to share or anything else of a garage on 165 or 167 Broad Street with the fuel pumps, please send them to us. We are specifically looking for anything with a name, logo, oil company, anything you have may that could help. Photos of parades, events or anything else you have might be helpful.

We want to say a huge thank you to the everyone at the village and the DEC for their help with all of this. They've been nothing but supportive and dedicated to helping us take care of this and get through the process. We couldn't do it without them. Also, thank you to our customers who are always so supportive and who have been calling to check in on us. We appreciate it so much.

Good morning folks! Things are moving along with the shop situation, the right people are helping take care of things. Until we are ready to move forward with further renovations, we are doing primarily mobile appointments for the time being. Of course, not everything can be done mobile but historically we have done alright 😆. Call or text us if youd like to schedule something. We appreciate you all so much! 😀
