Cool it!
Stop looking at that belt temp gauge and drive! We have been offering belt cooling solutions since 2014 with the introduction of our Quick Draw kit for the XP1000. When the Turbo model was introduced in 2016 we were all over it. Our Blaster II kits for these models were a game changer for keeping belt temps in check essentially filling the void of the engine RPM dependent stock system.
Whether it be aggressive driving, hardcore rock crawling, or slow trail riding you can depend on our kits to keep those belt temps where you want them.

Adding Comfort To The XP Seat

Our Desertcraft Suspension Seat Brackets are by far the best upgrade you can do to add comfort and reduce fatigue on those long trail rides. They ease the stress on the lower back and have helped many get back to enjoying their ride. If you have thought about those expensive race seats, but they're not in the budget, then our Suspension Seat Brackets might be the ticket. If you are looking for the most efficient washable filter on the market, look no further than our Desertcraft severe duty air filter. We dedicated 2-1/2 years of development and field testing prior to offering our filter, and it has proven to be the most efficient washable filter on the market. We started with independent laboratory testing of the best filters offered to the SXS market to set our benchmark, then went about topping them all.

Our unique dual layer synthetic filter media is like no other on the market. Not only does this allow us to achieve excellent filtration efficiency down to sub-micron particle sizes, it allows for an incredibly durable filter that can be washed and reused several times.

Maintenance is very easy and straight forward. The need for special cleaners and oils is a thing of the past with our filter. What you might not know

Many of you know us as Desertcraft. But most don't know that we have been producing and supplying Polyurethane products to several different industries for over 28 years. The Desert Molding Concepts, Inc. arm of our business has catered to a wide variety of customers and industries helping with R&D, product development and material selection. the industries served include medical, industrial and recreational.

Very much a niche market we concentrate on small/short run manufacturing and have some customers that have been with us from the very beginning. The versatility of Polyurethane has allowed us to produce products with a wide range of physical properties. From rigid temperature resistant, to ultra soft energy absorbent systems can be achieved using Polyurethane.

If you want consistently cooler belt temperatures over a broad range then our CVT "Blaster" for the RZR Turbo models is worth a look. Our kits are configured to cover all turbo models based on cover design and year. These include 2016-2018 RZR Turbo, 2019 Turbo, and Turbo "S" and the new ProXP.

Key Features....
1.Introduces an increased volume of high velocity cooling air into the CVT drive system
Our kit is not just something you put in line with the stock system. We prefer to allow the stock system do what it was designed to do and add an extra volume of cooling air via our high velocity fan assembly. Mounting the fan assembly directly to the cover keeps velocity high and in no way impedes the stock system. Many times we will refer to our kit as a void killer. The stock system is engine rpm dependent and at consistent rpm the stock system is adequate. However in many trail conditions rpm is not consistent. Introducing an independent high velocity volume of cooling air helps eliminate the voids in the stock system.

2. Overall cooler belt temps
With an increase volume of independent cooling air being introduced you will achieve much cooler belt temperatures whether you're flogging while rock crawling or ripping through your favorite dunes.

3. Quicker belt temperature recovery
Yes, belt temps do vary. After taking on that crazy hill climb or shredding that massive dune you may encounter tempature rise. Our kits allow for much quicker temp recovery keeping them in check and returning them to an acceptable level rapidly.

4. Pre filtration
Our full CVT "Blaster" kit comes ducted and pre filtered with our exclusive synthetic blend media filter. It is fully compatible with cleaning and can be simply washed out and reused. If you run in crazy wet conditions we offer a nylon wrap to help repel water.
Of course mounting a filter is not for everyone, so we offer an Under Cowl kit that mounts the duct adapter under the existing (stock) cowl covers that utilize the nylon material for pre filtration.

5. Warranty
We offer a full manufactures warranty on all of the components that we produce in house, as well as a six month warranty on the fan (due to manufacturing being out of our control). We strive to give the best customer service we can and maintain stock on all of the components found in our kits.

If you haven’t tried the .us air filter for your or X3, then your really missing out! Mark from Desertcraft builds these things and has race tested them over countless miles of desert terrain! He is back here in 2021 for the third year to giveaway air filters and spare axel holders! It’s companies like Mark’s that help make organizations like DP4 work, and we are proud to have him returning to our series again for the third time! Last weekends DP4 round #4 was a brutal and dusty course In Johnson Valley, CA......Congratulations to Chris Blais #2010 (1st) CanAm, John Conolly #9115 (2nd) KAW and Kurt Ashley #613 (3rd) POL on their overall podium wins. Chris is running our Desertcraft severe duty air filter on his Can Am X3 and Kurt is running the Desertcraft filter on his XP1000. Chris and Kurt also took 1st in their respective classes. Way to get it done!!!!
