We’re excited to announce a well-earned promotion here at Mac Haik Victoria! Please join us in congratulating Conrad Castillo to his new position as Sales Manager! 🎉
Conrad’s story is a great example of what hard work, passion, and a commitment to growth can accomplish. He began his career in the automotive industry changing oil before joining Mac Haik Victoria as a member of our sales team just over 5 years ago. Since then, he has continued to grow, take on new challenges, and establish himself as an important part of our dealership. For the last several months Conrad has not only been celebrated at our dealership for leading in sales, but he was also recognized as Mac Haik Automotive’s Top Grossing salesperson in July – a feat that required outperforming well over 1000 other sales associates.
What truly sets Conrad apart is the way he treats those around him. His genuine care for his customers, professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive attitude have earned him the respect of customers and coworkers alike. He is also someone who consistently works to motivate the people around him, encourage his teammates, and help the entire team succeed.
Being able to promote from within for such an important leadership position is something we take tremendous pride in at Mac Haik Victoria. Conrad has earned this opportunity through years of hard work and dedication, and we’re excited to see him bring his energy and passion to this new position.
