🚧 Water System Update – Progress Continues 🚧
The repairs completed overnight successfully brought Goldfield back online. Crews are now focused on completing the final repairs needed to bring the City of Victor fully back online as well.
Progress is being made, and we appreciate the community’s continued patience as crews work around the clock to stabilize and restore the system safely.
The boil and do not drink notice remains in effect for all affected areas. Residents should continue to avoid consuming tap water for drinking, cooking, or food preparation until further notice.
The City does want to remind residents that additional repairs and system work will still be needed in the coming days and weeks as we continue stabilizing and modernizing critical infrastructure. Some future outages or service interruptions may still occur as this work continues, though crews will work to minimize impacts whenever possible.
The following community support resources remain available:
💧 Potable water distribution: Victor Fire Station
🚰 Non-potable water: Near 8th & Portland in Goldfield
🚿 Showers available at:
• Aspen Mine Center
• Cripple Creek Parks & Recreation Center
We will continue providing updates as work progresses. Thank you to our staff, partner agencies, volunteers, and community members who continue supporting these efforts.
