Had a customer come in stating that the car shut off on her while on the car line waiting to pick up her kids. Found that neither of her electric fans where working. Spoke to husband and he mentioned a few month ago that a/c would stop blowing cold while idling.
Replaced both electric fans.

My wife was on a car-line when the car next to her started steaming from the hood. She video chatted me to show me the issue and to help the other lady out. Luckily I make sure there is at least a gallon of spare water in each of our cars. Also it was only a few block away. Turns out the ladies Radiator failed. I was able to locate and replace the radiator in the same day for her.
