Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Automotive Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and excellent communication skills. As an Automotive Service Writer, you will be responsible for accurately documenting customer concerns, recommending necessary repairs and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information
- Recommend necessary repairs and services based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an automotive service writer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and experience with automotive service software
- Valid driver's license

Pay:
50k-70k/year

Shout out to the The Indian River Firefighters Benevolent Association We have been so fortunate to be a sponsor of this awesome fishing tournament for the last few years. The cause is first and foremost, but these are genuinely good people putting on a great tournament. Everyone at the captain's meeting is having a good time with smiles on their faces, and that continues into the next day all the way through the weigh-ins. Sebastian Saltwater Marina Restaurant is the perfect venue and is hopping all day long. Congratulations to everyone on the continued success of this tournament, and thank you to everyone who participates and keeps it growing! As I’ve said every year, I can’t wait for next year!
