Yikes! Not a great day to be the owner of this car. We found a hole inside their engine which was causing it to run extremely rough and was much louder than usual. This was definitely a shocking find.

We were called out to take a look at a large coolant leak on this Mercedes. We performed a pressure test and were able to find the leak coming from two of the turbo feed lines. The plastic lines had completely snapped. We were able to get the parts on order and get this customer back on the road in 24 hours.

This is the dirtiest cabin air filter I’ve ever seen! We were called out because hardly any air was coming out of the vents and the car was struggling to keep up with Florida’s heat. We found the cabin air filter was so clogged up with gunk and replaced it. $40 and 15 minutes later this customer has strong cold ac again.

Another successful diagnosis! Customer contacted us because their window would not go up. After a hour of testing the vehicle we found that the wires for the window switch were broken. After fixing the broken connections it works as good as new.
