Today we’re celebrating Melissa and her incredible 3 years with the Dyer family!

Melissa began her journey at Dyer Kia and Chevrolet LW, and through her hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence, she has grown into our Warranty Manager for the entire Dyer Auto Group. In this role, she supports every one of our stores, and she has done an outstanding job since stepping into the position.

Her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude make a difference every day. Whether she’s helping our teams in Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, or Lake Wales, Melissa is always ready to lend a hand and ensure everything runs smoothly.

For the past 6 years, Dan has been an incredible part of the Dyer team, continuing to grow, lead, and make an impact every step of the way.

From sales to management, and now serving as our Wholesale Operations Manager, Dan has proven time and time again that he is someone you can always count on. Nearly a year ago, he stepped into this leadership role, and he has continued to raise the bar ever since.

If there’s one thing about Dan, it’s that he is the ultimate utility player. No matter what needs to get done, he steps in, figures it out, and gets it done—with professionalism, humility, and a positive attitude. He doesn’t just help when asked… he shows up, every single time.

Selling over 1,000 vehicles is an incredible accomplishment, but what truly makes Dan special is the person behind the success. He is respectful, dependable, kind, and someone who makes work better for everyone around him.
