The 8th Annual Ventura Harbor Witches & Warlocks Paddle returns on Friday, October 30. Costumed paddlers gather for a group photo at 3:30 PM near the Ventura Harbor sign, then launch at 4:00 PM for a 1–1.5 hour paddle through the harbor.
